Ipods and all that

First of all, Lemme say that I think it's awesome that it's getting easier and easier for people to listen to music more. The ipod is super cool for that. It really does seem like I'm meeting more people who are listening to more music than in the past. I also think I good song can travel through rough terrane with amazing strength, and I love that too.
I have say though, that I'm a little frightened for the sound quality of the records of the future. All kids are training their ears to mp3s. Now look, I not one of those hateful pricks with a record collection of vinyl, but mp3s don't sound very good. Even at high quality, it just sucks. The music listeners of today are the engineers of later today.
And on the subject of records....I'm going to take a nap and finnish this post...
